Aclaraciones del traslado de llegada Primero se pasará a buscar a los pasajeros por los hoteles de El Calafate (se excluyen las estancias y la hostería Los Notros), luego se pasará por el aeropuerto para buscar a los pasajeros que lleguen en el primer vuelo del día (siempre y cuando éste aterrice antes de las 12.00 am) y luego se continúa viaje hacia Helsingfors. Aclaraciones del traslado de salida Se partirá de Helsingfors por la tarde y se dejará a los pasajeros en sus respectivos hoteles en El Calafate (se excluyen las estancias y la hostería Los Notros). Horarios de los traslados Desde Calafate a Helsingfors: Entre las 10.00 y 12.00 h Desde Helsingfors a Calafate: Entre las 15.30 y 17.00 h Helsingfors no se responsabiliza de la confirmación de los vuelos de salida de los pasajeros ni se hará cargo de gastos ocasionados por pérdida de vuelos. Distance from El Calafate: 180 km Approx. journey duration: 3 h 20 min Distance from El Chalten: 180 km Approx. journey duration: 3 h 15 min Distance from Río Gallegos: 450 km Approx. journey duration: 6 h 30 min HOW TO GET THERE On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays we provide regular transfers from/to El Calafate. Transfer in Transfers will depart from El Calafate. First we’ll pick up passengers from the hotels in Calafate (with exception of Los Notros and Estancias), afterwards we’ll pick up passengers arriving on the first flight in El Calafate (provided it lands before 12.00 am) and then we’ll head towards Helsingfors. Transfer out Transfer will depart in the afternoon and will go directly to El Calafate to leave passengers in their respective hotels. Those passengers that need to go to the airport, transportation from El Calafate / Airport must be arranged. We will not provide transfer to the airport and we highly recommend avoiding taking outbound flights on that same day. Transfer schedule From Calafate to Helsingfors: Between 10.00 and 12.00 h Helsingfors is not responsible for airplane ticket confirmations nor will be held responsible for any loss caused by missed flights. THE LODGE The lodge has eight deluxe rooms (six doubles and two triples), all of them with heating and private facilities, some with Jacuzzi bathtubs and others with Scottish showers.
